Conglomerate WARD subscriptions are offered with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our order process and payments are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, look up your order at paddle.net or contact us through the in-app support channel and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Refunds are considered in line with Paddle's Refund Policy. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app subscription management link. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period — request a refund separately using the steps above.
